Celebrating 40 years of Bryantsville Hunger Relief Project.
Harvest season of 2025 is here. It hard to imagine that first harvest of corn for the "corn project" was 40 years ago. We praise God that this small project that Hollace and Ila Sherwood started is continuing still today. Yes, how we are feeding people has changed over the years. But the idea that hungry people can learn of God's love by first being feed is still important.
From the beginning when Ila first read that article about how hungry children could be feed, the project has been centered around feeding children. As we celebrate 40 years, it seemed a good way to celebrate would be to put together a video covering highlights of 40 years. So with a little help from Dr. Seuss, enjoy this video about BHRP from a child view point.
